Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your ticket to our upcoming event. We want to assure you that we have a ticket refund and rescheduling policy in place to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your ticket for any reason, you can request them 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Please note that any refund requests or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the event cannot processed.
